And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32

Pilate’s question to Jesus was, ``What is truth?”   So frivolous was his enquiry that he did not even wait for the answer; the answer from the only one who could have supplied it. Omar Khayyam said that he had heard many wrangles, perplexities, and discussions on the subject  from all classes of philosophers and disputants who could never arrive at any agreement on the subject. His conclusion was that the discussion was a revolving door, from which one exited  by the same way he entered without resolving anything. He shrugged off the question opting for “A jug of wine, and a loaf of bread.”

Jesus settled the question.  He said “I am the way, THE TRUTH, and the life. Know Him and you know the truth.  Embrace Him and you have LIFE.  Amen.
